Fish Provencal (Serves 2)
Experience the flavours of the Mediterranean with our Fish Provencal. Tender, sustainably sourced ling in a fragrant tomato-based sauce infused with garlic, herbs and chat potatoes. Simple yet sophisticated, it's a delicious and satisfying dish that transports you to the sun-drenched shores of southern France with every bite.
Serve with: a slice of fresh sourdough toast or a simple salad

HOW TO PREPARE: From thawed, place contents into saucepan and simmer until heated. From frozen, remove lid and place in oven at 160° until heated through.
BE MINDFUL OF BONES Whilst every effort is made by our fishmonger and ourselves to remove fish bones, there is always a chance one slipped through the net.

We deliver 7 days a week (yes, that includes the weekend), so if there's a day you are out of town or not at home, please leave a note on your order (you can find that above the cart) so we can schedule your delivery accordingly. Our third party delivery team will text you the evening before with a link to tracking info and ETA and you will receive a text once it has landed.
You can expect your box to arrive within 1-5 days depending on your location. Rural areas may take longer.

Click and collect available from our kitchen in Brookvale. Simply click the "pick up" option at checkout.
